I won’t just get you a new couch. I’ll be your dream home guide every step of the way. We aren’t done collaborating until coming home feels like sinking into your favorite leather chair (albeit, a slightly elevated one, with a frothy new throw– or not, it’s your dream!).

I know what it’s like to feel
overwhelmed by home design.
When I renovated my house, I felt completely alone. I didn’t have anyone to share my big ideas with — or help me refine them when they were a little too big.
With a Bachelors of Art in Interior Design, a Masters Degree in Design History, and ten years of professional interior design experience, I assumed the process would be straightforward. I knew what I liked and I knew how to get it done.
Countless hours of scraping, sanding, hammering, painting, and swearing proved one thing: it takes so much more than the right wall color or the perfect tile to bring your home to life.
Transforming a home takes a team of talented designers, architects, contractors, and craftspeople
I’m still working on that old house. There’s always something to do, but the journey of the restoration process has become just as important as getting there, to that beautiful, dreamy end result.
When I’m not scraping off old wallpaper or scouring antique stores for old pottery, you can find me out at the barn spending time with my horse, searching out new recipes to try, or turning the pages of a good book with a glass of wine and some great music.

Why Florence Street Interiors?
The house on Florence Street needed work– a lot of it. Still, the charm was undeniable. There was no doubt in my mind that under those layers of paint was our home. We threw caution (and common sense) into the wind and put in a winning bid so we could move right in and customize every feature to our hearts’ content.
After my own challenging interior design process, I created Florence Street Interiors to be a better answer to the struggles of homeowners undergoing their own renovations.
Instead of endless back-and-forth, I wanted to bring a design process to my clients that feels like a true collaboration between home owner and designer, a partnership that results in a blend of art, architecture, and personal expression.
I can't wait to answer your questions, listen to your thoughts, and help you build your favorite place where you feel most comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home.
