Interior design can be a real headache, for reasons I don’t need to enumerate here.
Because you already know the unique challenges of being a homeowner with a dream of a better home. But trust me when I tell you: There can be another way.
I’ll be your design partner and guide you through the tough decisions. I’ll help you avoid common mistakes, and show you better solutions.
Most of all, I’ll be your design advocate. I’ll empower you to keep your tastes, desires, and needs at the forefront of the entire project— and I won’t rest until they’re met.
As a homeowner, you should have access to not just good design, but elevated design that looks great, and feels even better.
I bring a holistic approach to filling your home with style and ease, function and warmth, and a few surprising touches that bring your personality to life.
I know my work is done when a client says: “My home is just as I’ve always imagined it — but better!”
My services are designed to take the stress and overwhelm out of the design process, and help you feel supported every step of the way.
That’s why I offer two carefully designed services that will help you feel supported, heard, and creatively inspired throughout the entire design process.

We’ll work side-by-side to create the space that reflects your personal tastes, needs, and design tastes. When the logistical going gets tough, leave it to me: I’ll manage all the tricky details.
With full-service design, I work with homeowners on full home remodels, just the kitchen, a flooring refresh, or anything else you may require to elevate your home.

Now that we’re equipped with the vision, we’re ready to bring what we’ve imagined to life. Logistics will come into play– Will your materials work with your budget? What is the most efficient kitchen layout? And will your couch fit? You’ll come away with a detailed design package that will align the vision and show you how you can expect your space to look (and feel). We’ll have plenty of check-in meetings to ensure everything is addressed and going as planned.

Next, you’ll receive the finalized design package that includes the drawings, schedules, samples, and plans you’ll need to begin your construction phase with your general contractor. We’ll continue to advise throughout the construction process.

The process begins with a kickoff call to discuss your vision, tastes, preferences, and needs. We’ll get into the nitty gritty so that I can understand your singular take on what a dream home looks and feels like. After our chat, we’ll develop a custom scope and estimated timeline for your project.
02.
Next, we’ll embark upon the discovery phase, where I’ll dive into a more in-depth analysis of your project which includes lots of conversation, sketching, and idea-generating. We’ll talk about what you like, the things you don’t, what makes you feel excited when you envision your home. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to see your vision start to gain traction with inspiration boards, material samples, sketches, and renderings. You’ll leave this phase with a great understanding of your project and how it’s all coming together.
Once the dust settles, we’ll conclude our time together by conducting a final walkthrough of your new space to ensure every detail is just right.
For any major renovation projects, I will partner with your architect to assist with logistics and ensure that your needs and goals are always kept top of mind.
Please note: I am not licensed as a general contractor, so you will be required to hire separate services to manage the construction elements of your renovation. If you don’t already have a general contractor, I’ll share my rolodex of recommended contractors for our project.
For eight full hours, you’ll have my undivided attention on a specific room or area within your home. I’ll be your design co-pilot, helping you design a roadmap that will take you toward the beautifully designed room you envision.
By the end of the day, you’ll know exactly where to go and what to do in order to bring your vision to life for a specific space in your home. You’ll walk away with an actionable plan to see your design through to the end. As your set of fresh eyes, I’ll also leave you with some creative new ideas.
This package is geared toward the D.I.Y. fanatic who just needs a little direction, or help getting organized. In other words, you need guidance but not the full remodel. Maybe you have a pretty clear idea of what you’re going for, but just need some help choosing the right furniture or paint color. I’ll help you get crystal clear on the steps you need to take to see your project through.

I had the pleasure of working with Whitney on my exterior house colors and some updates to an outdoor living space. She listened to my color palette preferences without judgment and patiently went to work in finding the PERFECT new colors for my home. I then needed new house numbers and an update to my outdoor living space. I only know the big box stores, so it was a pleasure to be guided towards products that I didn’t know existed and were obviously not “big box” ordinary. With her help, I was confident in my selections and am so happy with the result!”

Thank you, Whitney, for your color consultation! Whitney was able to make my vision a reality, helping pick out the perfect shades to complement my existing finishes. She also made suggestions for what do for flooring and finishes and it all pulled together perfectly. I would highly recommend her!”

It all depends! Timelines can vary depending on the scope of your project, your general contractor’s timeline, and your design choices. After learning the scope of your project, I’ll work with you to develop a custom timeline. I never overpromise: Instead, I believe in helping my clients realize that good design takes time, and guiding them to enjoy the process for however long it takes.
How soon can my project be done?
Yes, you’ll have to hire a general contractor if you’re booking a full-service design with me! I’ll handle all the design work and make sure your contractor has everything needed to get the job done. However, I don’t manage the entire project or hire subcontractors.
If I work with you, do I also need to hire a general contractor?
